EyeSuite

This will open the EyeSuite software to the correct patient, or create the patient if he/she does not exist.

1. In EyeSuite, go to "Tools", “Preferences”, “General”, "EMR system".

2. Under "Patient data" select "EMR system"

3. Under "Data format" choose "Text"

4. In Crystal, go to Records – EHR Settings – Edit Medical Record Templates

5. Add New Field

6. Text = EyeSuite

CLICK SAVE!

7. Right-click template – Add Field to Tab

8. Stop Editing and Save Changes to Database
